SEPTA Gives Commuters A Heads Up After Some Incorrect Time Schedules Found At A Few Regional Rail Line Stops

By Dan Wing

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- SEPTA is giving commuters a heads up after a some mistakes were found on paper train schedules for a number of Regional Rail Lines.

The incorrect schedules were found at stops on the Warminster, Lansdale/Doylestown, Media/Elwyn, West Trenton, Chestnut Hill, and Airport Regional Rail Lines. And while the mistaken schedules can be confusing, SEPTA spokesman Andrew Busch says most of the times aren't that far off.

"We're talking about a train that's say scheduled to leave at 1-minute after the hour, under the new schedules it's actually 2-minutes after the hour," said Busch.

Busch says riders should try to give themselves a few extra minutes when catching one of those trains, and says that accurate time schedules can be found online at SEPTA.org. He adds that correct schedules will be added to the SEPTA app shortly.
