Christmas Concert Event This Weekend At The Cathedral Basilica

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- If you're looking to lift your holiday spirit this weekend, "Christmas at the Cathedral Basilica" might be just the ticket - and it's free.
Fr. Dennis Gill, rector of the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, says the invitation is open to anyone who might be in the neighborhood Sunday afternoon looking for some holiday cheer.
"Our adult choir, our cathedral choir and our archdiocesan boy and girl choirs. These are the choirs that sang for our Holy Father this past September. And, this is a wonderful way for people to celebrate Christmas on the third Sunday of Advent to prepare for the coming of our Lord's birth in just a few short days after that."
Gill says the concert event begins at 3 p.m.
