Police Investigating Fatal Shooting At Delaware Car Wash

BEAR, Del. (CBS) --  Delaware State Police are investigating after a man was found in back of a car wash with a gunshot wound to his upper body.

Authorities say they responded to the American Car Wash in Bear just after 8:30 a.m.

Paramedics immediately tried to revive the man, who was then transported to Christiana Hospital where he later died.

Police aren't releasing the name of the victim pending family notification.

Authorities say the investigation is in its early stages and no other details are available at this time.
