Attorney: Toxicology Results Released In Toddler's Mysterious Death

HADDON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) --   Toxicology results for 3-year-old Brendan Creato, who was found dead in the Westmont section of Haddon Township last month, have come back negative.

Richard J. Fuschino Jr. told Eyewitness News an investigator with the Camden County Prosecutor's Office informed him of the results Monday afternoon.

"I called the prosecutor's office. I spoke to the individual I've been dealing with there. They confirmed for me that the toxicology reports have come back negative," Fuschino told Eyewitness News.

Creato's body was found along a wooded area on South Park Drive, a few blocks from the home, on October 13.

He was reported missing hours earlier by a family member.  His autopsy was inconclusive.

A spokesman with the Camden County Prosecutor's Office declined to confirm or deny the information about the toxicology report.
