Phillies Bring Back Larry Bowa, Juan Samuel

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Philadelphia Phillies have retained coaches Larry Bowa and Juan Samuel, the team announced on Tuesday.

Bowa, 69, will continue as Phillies bench coach. Bowa rejoined the Phillies staff as bench coach for the 2014 season under Ryne Sandberg.

Samuel, 54, has been with the Phillies since 2011 and will serve as the third-base coach. Previously, Samuel served as the first-base coach.
