Darren Sproles Named NFC Special Teams Player Of The Week

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- This past Sunday was just more of Darren Sproles, being Darren Sproles. The Eagles jack-of-all-trades offensive weapon scored an 89-yard punt return touchdown against the Jets.
The play was a major game-changer for the team that helped to secure the Eagles' first win of the season.
Sproles has five Player of the Week awards in his career, four of which were for special teams and one for offense. Sproles also showed his value on offense as he added a rushing touchdown against the Jets as well.
