Police: Woman's Body Discovered In Water Off Shore Of Ocean City

OCEAN CITY, N.J., (CBS) -- The New Jersey State Police Marine Services Unit and Ocean City Police Department are seeking the public's help in identifying a woman they say was discovered in the water off the shore of Ocean City, New Jersey.

Authorities say New Jersey State Police and Ocean City Police responded to the beach at 57th Street for the recovered body of an unidentified white female.

Police say no signs of trauma were observed.

According to police, the woman appears to be between 35 to 50 years of age and was wearing a purple shirt and blue jeans.

Police say she has a tattoo on her right shoulder of a heart with the name "Patrick" and an unknown secondary name. She also has a tattoo on her right forearm of angel wings with the name "Steven" with the dates of 12-87 and 7-88, according to police.
