Child Killed In Kensington Hit-and-Run Remembered On Birthday
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The community gathered in Kensington Sunday night to celebrate what would have been the third birthday of a child who was killed in a hit-and-run.
David Alicea died several days after the incident back in April.
On Sunday, people released balloons and lit candles in his honor.
Officers are still searching for the driver who struck the little boy. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
