COPS: Suspect Follows 14-Year-Old, Snatches Her Cell Phone
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are investigating after they say a male was caught on camera following a 14-year-old girl then stealing her cell phone in Point Breeze.
Authorities say around 7 p.m. on July 21, an unknown black male was caught on surveillance video wandering in the area of 16th and Ritner Streets for about one hour.

Police say at 8 p.m., the suspect began following a 14-year-old girl on the 2400 block of South 16th Street. After a short amount of time, officials say the suspect snatched the victim's cell phone and took off running.
Authorities say he was last seen west on Ritner Street.
The suspect is described as a black male, medium build, wearing a white t-shirt, red shorts and red sneakers.
