Man Shot Multiple Times, Critically Injured In North Philly

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police say a man is recovering after he was shot several times late Thursday night in North Philadelphia.

This happened just before midnight on the 1400 block of Lenox Avenue.

Police say the 19-year-old victim was shot once in each arm and at least once in the chest. He is now in critical condition at Temple Hospital.

According to police, the 25-year-old shooter has a license to carry and is cooperating with officers. It is unknown at this time if he is going to be charged.

Witnesses are being questioned and several businesses in the area do have surveillance cameras, police say.
