Police Arrest Delaware County Man Twice In One Week For Allegedly Trying To Lure Children
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police in Delaware County arrested a man twice in the span of one week for allegedly trying to lure young girls. Isaac Dougba was arrested on Thursday night by Darby Borough Police.
Dougba, 65, was arraigned in district court on Friday morning. He is accused of attempting to lure a 10-year-old girl into his van. The child was able to get away and told her mother about the incident.
Her mother informed police.
Authorities say they arrested Dougba in the same neighborhood last week after he allegedy tried to lure a 13-year-old girl.
