Children Recovered Safely From Stolen Car
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police safely recovered two children that were in a car that was stolen Friday morning.
Chopper 3 was over the scene on the 600 block of West Norris Street around 6:30 a.m. Friday.
The children, a two-year-old boy and a four-year-old girl, were in the car when it was stolen from the 600 block of Rising Sun Avenue. They are safe and were not injured.
One suspect is in custody.
The incident remains under investigation.
