Hey, it's a food truck, it's not gourmet, so the bacon you're eating is store-bought Applewood smoked, not something homemade or imported. But the sandwiches are fun. The Grilled cheese features Colby jack and bacon, with onions and a side of salad. A good buy for seven bucks.
The Elvis – a concoction of maple bacon, banana and peanut butter on grilled whole grain bread – is kind of overwhelmed by the banana. But, you know, if you're tired of your standard turkey on rye, it's something to try. Finish it all off with a chocolate-covered bacon strip for just $1.
