Accident Closes Stenton Ave, Driver Arrested For DUI
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- A car crashed into a pole early Tuesday morning in Philadelphia.
The accident at Stenton Avenue and Rittenhouse Road in West Oak Lane toppled the pole and caused wires to fall on the roadway.
Officials closed Stenton Avenue -- Drivers should use Limekiln Pike as an alternate until Stenton Avenue is reopened.
The driver was arrested by police for driving under the influence. The driver is expected to be charged. No serious injuries were reported.
