New Leads Emerge In Search For Missing Royersford Woman

ROYERSFORD, Pa. (CBS) -- Police are searching for a Montgomery County woman who has been missing since Friday.

It was previously believed that Deirdre Magolon was last seen Friday night, but police in Upper Providence Township say Magolon was seen hitch-hiking in the area of her disabled vehicle near the 422 eastbound Interchange with 76 in King of Prussia.

Authorities say a motorist provided Magolon with a ride and dropped her off in the area of Rosehill and East Ontario Street in Philadelphia.

Additional information placed Magolon near Kensington Avenue and North Front Street on Saturday night and then in the area of Kensington and Aramingo Avenues on Sunday, according to police.

Officials say it should be noted she suffers from a mental health disorder.

Magolon was last known to be wearing a knee-length gray or green parka with a fur collar, gray sweatpants, a hooded sweatshirt and gray Ugg boots.

Police and the Magolon family urge anyone with information on Deirdre to contact the Upper Providence Police Department at 610-933-7899.
