Inclement Weather Impacts Airport, Bridges
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- The Philadelphia International Airport reports some flights have been affected by the snow Thursday morning.

Several bridges including the Walt Whitman, Betsy Ross, and Ben Franklin have speed restrictions of 35mph.
In addition, SEPTA's Warminster Regional Rail line is dealing with service suspensions.
Warminster: Service is suspended in both directions from Warminster to Glenside Station.
