PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE - Weather or Not.

It's not hard to get a weather forecast on your phone. There are plenty of apps that do that. But none, perhaps, as elegantly designed as Weather or Not.

With its intuitive and warm interface, it's a good way to see what you can expect when you venture out - and it integrates with your calendar to let you know what sort of impact the weather will have on your planned daily activities.
