Vigil Held For Baby Allegedly Set On Fire By Mother In Burlington County

BROWNS MILLS, N.J., (CBS) --  Community members gathered Wednesday night to remember a baby who authorities say was set on fire on a Burlington County road.

A candlelight vigil was held at the Browns Mills United Methodist Church.

Authorities say 22-year-old Hyphernkemberly Dorvilier, of Pemberton Township, doused her newborn baby with a flammable liquid, then allegedly set the child on fire in the middle of Simontown Road Friday night.

Dorvilier is being held on $500,000 bail.
