Police: Man Dies After Being Shot 14 Times While Driving In Point Breeze
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia Police say a man has died after he was shot 14 times in Point Breeze.
It happened at 5:49 p.m. Friday at the 1500 block of South Cleveland Street.
According to police, a 46-year-old man was shot 14 times in the upper torso and head while driving. The vehicle then hit a house.
Police say the man was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he was pronounced dead.
No one inside the home was injured.
No arrests have been made and a weapon has not been recovered.
An investigation is underway.
