Dario Saric Wins Euroleague MVP For November
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Sixers fans are yearning for bright spots at this point and there may be something going on overseas for fans to cheer about. Dario Saric, who the Sixers acquired on draft night this year, has won the Euroleague MVP Award for the month of November.
Saric had not been starting for Anadolu Efes up until earlier this month when Nenad Krstic went down with an injury. Saric was added to the starting lineup and has shined since.
In four Euroleague games in November, Saric averaged 15.5 points, 7.8 rebounds and shot 56.1% from the floor.
At 20 years old, Saric becomes the youngest player in history to win the award.
