Power Issue Closes Community College Of Philadelphia

By Steve Beck

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Community College of Philadelphia in downtown Philadelphia is closed until at least noon Monday because of a power outage.

According to PECO officials, an issue with a faulty underground cable is responsible for the outage.

PECO officials are hopeful to have the issue resolved by noon Monday.

The issue is only impacting the Main Campus on Spring Garden Street and not any of its satellite campuses.
