PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia police say 23-year-old Ryan Fitch of Northeast Philadelphia remains in jail after failing to post 10 percent of his 250-thousand dollar bail.

Fitch has been charged with a list of offenses after allegedly displaying a gun and threatening another student inside a classroom of the Community College of Philadelphia on Wednesday (see previous story).

After his arraignment yesterday afternoon, his parents told KYW Newsradio that they planned on coming up with the required $25,000 to get him out of jail.

Fitch’s next court date is June 13th.
