Poll: Phillies Fans Rooting For Millville, New Jersey Native Mike Trout

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Mike Trout, 22, is arguably already the best player on the land and he's coming home for the first time Tuesday night.

Trout, who grew up 45 miles from Philadelphia in Millville, New Jersey and attended Millville Senior High School, grew up a Philadelphia sports fan and calls Citizens Bank Park home.

Trout, the two-time American League all-star and 2012 American League Rookie of the Year, is batting .272 with seven home runs and 24 RBI's this season.

Millville is reported to have bought approximately 4,000 tickets to tonight's game in support of their hometown hero.
