PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Skies will be partly sunny on Saturday with a westerly breeze.  It will be a pleasant day with a high of 71 degrees.

There is a chance of a few scattered showers late in the day and evening.  The culprit, an area of low pressure (now over the Great Lakes), will move to our north, Saturday and Sunday, then finally off the New England coast Monday.

Sunday will be partly sunny and breezy as well, the high, 69 degrees, with a chance of scattered afternoon showers.

For those lacing up for the Broad Street Run, Sunday morning will be partly sunny, the start-time temperature, 55 degrees!

As we begin the first full week of May, Monday will be mostly sunny and pleasant, the high, 68.

Tuesday a little cooler, the high, 66.

Then a warm-up begins.  Wednesday temperatures will climb back into the 70’s, by the end of the week we’ll have our sights set on 80!

Have a great weekend!

Kathy
