Police Investigate 2 Attempted Luring Incidents In Upper Merion Township

UPPER MERION Twp., Pa., (CBS) –– Upper Merion Township Police are investigating two attempted luring incidents that occurred near Candlebrook Elementary School.

During both of these incidents, police say a male driver reportedly approached women who were walking with children and told them to get into his car.

The first incident happened around 2 p.m. Friday near Prince Frederick Street and Town Center Road.

The second incident happened around 8 a.m. Wednesday near Country Lane and Prince Frederick Street.

According to police, both incidents reportedly involved a white male operating an older silver or gray colored vehicle. The vehicle may have peeling paint on the hood and a “boxy” shape.
