Maggie Lidz, Co-curator of Costumes of Downton Abbey and Winterthur's Estate Historian, was here to speak with us about the Winterthur Exhibition.
Costumes of Downton Abbey is a major exhibition of exquisite costumes from the award-winning Downton Abbey® television series at Winterthur Museum, Garden & Library, that is taking place now through January 4, 2015.
Forty costumes and accessories worn upstairs and downstairs on the period drama television series – including Lady Mary's Engagement Dress and Lady Sybil's "scandalous" Harem Pants -- are on display in Winterthur's Galleries in Wilmington, Delaware.
