Monthly Seminars In Montgomery County Teach People To Lead Healthier Lives

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Monthly seminars are being held in Montgomery County to teach area residents how to live healthier.
Mercy Health Center at Plymouth Meeting Mall and the nearby Whole Foods Market are holding free monthly nutritional seminars. Christy McCabe, the Health Center's marketing director says the goal is to prevent issues.
"We combine clinicians who see patients at the Mercy Health Center at the Plymouth Meeting Mall with nutritional experts from Whole Foods and the idea is to address the person's whole health, how combining preventive medicine and healthy food choices can make a big difference in your overall health."
The next event will focus on food and health related myths. It will be held Wednesday, March 19th at 6:30 p.m. and you can sign up for free at 1-877-Go-Mercy.
