PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia radio icon Jerry Blavat brings “Great Voices of the 60s” to the Kimmel Center on Saturday, January 25th, with Bobby Rydell, Jay Black, Gary U.S. Bonds, Pat Upton and Jay Siegel.

Listen to the podcast below…

“The voices that we have on this show are the powerful voices today who sing in the same key — amazing — and are backed by a 22-piece orchestra with eight strings,” Blavat says.

And the Geator promises an electrifying all-ages party.

“The parents bring their kids, and they dance in the aisles, and we also have dancing before the concert, when we break, and after the concert. You’re gonna end up leaving the show, and saying, ‘The Geator’s right — you gotta keep on rockin’,’ because you only really do rock once,” Blavat adds.
