LOWER GWYNEDD, Pa. (CBS) - Lower Gwynedd Police are looking for four men following a home invasion in Montgomery County early Saturday morning.

This happened around midnight at a home located on the 1400 block of Sloan Way.

According to police, the suspects entered the home and tied up the residents, demanding money.

One of the victims, a college girl who chose to remain anonymous, told CBS3 Eyewitness News the suspects entered the house while she was sleeping, then duct taped her ankles, wrists and mouth.

"Everything seemed so unreal," she said. "I actually did think I was going to die."

She was home for the holidays, lying in her bed, when the suspects entered her room.

"He went 'shhhh.' I went 'that's not my mom.' I slid my phone closer towards me," the victim said.

She was able to call 9-1-1 while the suspects were tying up her parents, but they heard the whispering and what happens next, she says, was like out of a movie:

"They came in, they snatched the phone away from me. He said 'you got a phone on you, you lied.' He gets so mad he hits me with what I believe was the end of his gun."

The men ransacked and scoured the home for cash, even threatening to kill her parents before the sirens rang out.

"My parents kept saying 'I'm so glad you were home, because they would have taken everything'."

They were, of course, referring to the emergency call that may have saved their lives.

Police say the suspects escaped out of the second-floor bedroom window -- the same way they came in -- with an unknown amount of cash. They are described as thin, black men, who were wearing dark clothes, gloves and masks. Police recovered two hand guns at the scene.

Police say the only real motive they have at this time is that the famly owns a business in Philadelphia and may have been followed home.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Lower Gwynedd Police Department at 215-646-5303.
