Camden's Adventure Aquarium Ranked Best On The East Coast
CAMDEN, NJ (CBS) – Camden's Adventure Aquarium has just been named one of the best in the country.
According to the Travel Channel, Adventure Aquarium and the National Aquarium, which is split between Baltimore and Washington, D.C. (the D.C. location is closed due to much-needed renovations inside the building); are the tops spots to get up close and personal with marine life on the East Coast.
The write up mentions massive alligator Mighty Mike, as well as the Aquarium's beloved shark tunnel. It also encourages visitors to sign up for a hands-on experience with the sting rays.
Other aquariums on the list include the Monterrey Bay Aquarium in California and Chicago's Shedd Aquarium.
