Sources: 5-Year-Old Brought Taser To Philadelphia School

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Authorities are investigating after sources say a student brought a taser to a North Philadelphia elementary school.

Sources tell Eyewitness News a five-year-old child brought a taser to John Welsh Elementary.  The taser was in her backpack and a teacher found it.

On Tuesday, a pre-school boy brought cocaine and cash to the Thomas Mifflin School in East Falls (see related story).

Both incidents are under investigation.
