Delaware County Man Faces Indecent Assault Charges

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Delaware County man is behind bars, charged for exposing himself and having inappropriate contact with a seven-year-old girl.
Police arrested 39-year-old Thomas Horan for an incident they say took place in his home in Media last Friday, Oct. 4.
Authorities say a neighbor, a seven-year-old girl, was in the house playing with Horan's daughter. But, police say Horan exposed himself to the neighbor, then had inappropriate contact with the victim.
State Police Corporal Gerard McShea says the girl is brave and reported what happened to her mother.
"The fact that she had the courage to go to her mother, report such an incident, and then come in to report it to police, it goes a long way. We're able to identify a predator who's in our neighborhood and we're able to arrest him."
Horan is charged with Indecent Assault, Corruption of Minors, Indecent Exposure and Unlawful Contact with a minor.
He's behind bars, unable to post 10 percent of $150,000 bail.
