PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are investigating a shooting that took place Sunday evening in the Hunting Park section of Philadelphia, near the area where many were celebrating, following the Puerto Rican Day parade.

This happened around 6:15 p.m. on the 500 block of Rising Sun Avenue.

Police say one man was shot in the chest. His condition is unknown at this time. A second man suffered a graze wound and is listed in stable condition.

Both victims were taken to Temple Hospital.

Sources say the two men were in the fight that broke out as part of the post-parade celebrations.

Police presence had been increased in the area. No other incidents following the parade were reported, and the parade itself went off with no other problems.

The shooting remains under investigation.
