Firefighters were called out of the building due to the rapid engulfment of the fire, according to officials.

The fire spread to multiple row homes along the block.

Four occupied homes were affected by the blaze.

Officials say one firefighter suffered minor injuries.

The Red Cross says they are providing food, clothing, and lodging to 21 people, including 13 adults and eight children, including a two-year-old.
