PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Two suspects were shot by police and two remain on the loose after Philadelphia police officers foiled a carjacking early Monday morning.

The incident began at about 12:45 a.m. at 13th Street and Allegheny Avenue in the city’s Wister section.

According to investigators, four suspects, armed with a gun and a taser, carjacked a man and forced him to drive to Ashmead and Rubicam Streets.
