New Jersey's 7th Gun Buyback Program Taking Place In Cumberland County

BRIDGETON, N.J. (AP) -- New Jersey's seventh gun buyback program is taking place in Cumberland County.

The program will operate out of three churches in Vineland, Millville and Bridgeton on Friday and Saturday.

Like previous programs, county residents can turn in their guns for up to $250 per weapon with no questions asked.

The state's gun buyback initiative has so far netted more than 10,000 weapons since December in Camden, Trenton, Newark and Atlantic, Passaic and Monmouth counties.
