Husband And Wife Found Dead In Delaware Home
BEAR, Del., (CBS) – Detectives are investigating after a husband and wife were found dead from gunshot wounds inside a Delaware home Friday morning.
The incident happened at about 8:12 a.m. to the unit block of Sweetbay Lane in Bear.
New Castle County Police say they responded to a call from a man reporting a shooting at the location.
Officers say a single gunshot was heard from inside the residence as they arrived.
Officers found a 41-year-old male and 42-year-old woman dead with apparent gunshot wounds to the upper body.
A spokesperson from the Christiana Fire Company confirmed President Jack Troiani is one of the deceased.
There is no word on a motive.
The incident remains under investigation.
