PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – These are tough times for newspapers and nowhere is the survival battle being fought harder than in Philadelphia.

Area film producer Lenny Feinberg is the creator of Black and White and Dead All Over, a story surrounding the value of investigative journalism.

It features Barbara Laker, part of a reporting team at the Philadelphia Daily News that won a Pulitzer Prize for rooting out corruption.
