DELANCO, N.J. (CBS) -- Authorities in Burlington County confirm a Delanco police officer was shot in the leg early Tuesday morning while responding to a call about a disorderly person.

The incident occurred around 3:45 a.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue in Delanco, New Jersey.
