PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and Outta SITE - Swarmly.

Looking for the hot spot in town? Swarmly lets you know where to find friends and others and what bars, restaurants and clubs are hot right at that moment.

It's not a check-in app – there are plenty of those. What it does is aggregate the whereabouts of its users to show where congestion is – the idea being that where there's a crowd, there's also a good time.
