Bomb Squad Called To Hanover Township Home

 

HANOVER Twp., Pa., (CBS) – The Bethlehem bomb squad responded to a home in Northampton County Wednesday night.

The incident happened at about 8 p.m. on the 4400 block of Virginia Drive in Hanover Township.

Chopper 3 HD was over the scene as the bomb squad and police responded.

Sticks labeled as TNT were found in an old sewing machine.  The machine was in a box in the driveway of the home.

A robot was brought in by authorities to remove the sticks from the box.  The sticks were put into a container and taken away safely.

No injuries were reported.
