PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A teenager was shot in Germantown on Friday night.

The shooting happened at 8:54 p.m. on the 6200 block of Musgrave Street.

Police say there was a group of people in the street when an argument broke out and one of the males took a gun and fired it.

A 13-year-old male, who was not part of the group, was shot once in the lower leg by an unknown suspect.

The victim was transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he is in stable condition.

An investigation is underway.
