PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia police say the two suspects wanted in connection with the robbery of a third grader have been arrested.
The robbery took place last Friday, March 8th at the Jaques Mini-Market located at Wakefield and Ashmead Streets in East Germantown.
The suspects watched the 9-year-old make a purchase at the register inside the store. Authorities say the suspects then went outside and waited for the child to leave the store before robbing her of $13.
Police say the suspects, who are both juveniles, were arrested on March 9th and are charged with robbery and related offenses.
