PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A man is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle in Rehoboth Beach.

Officials investigating the scene say the victim was rollerblading on Rehoboth Avenue just west of Church Street when he was struck by a driver, who then left the scene. The incident occurred at approximately 8:17 p.m. on Saturday.

The unidentified male was taken to Christiana Hospital and is listed in critical condition with multiple injuries.
