NEWARK, Del. (AP) — Delaware State Police are investigating the robbery of a gas station in Newark.

Authorities say it happened late Friday night when a man with a gun entered a Riggins gas station on Capitol Trail and demanded money from an employee inside.

The worker turned over money from the cash register, and the robber ran away.

Police didn’t release a detailed physical description of the suspect.
