PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A teen riding a motorbike was injured on Friday evening when a vehicle struck him.
The accident happened around 8:30 p.m. at Frankford Avenue and Sheffield Street in the Holmesburg section of Philadelphia.
Officials say a 14-year-old male was riding a dirt bike northbound on Frankford Avenue when he was struck by a female driver traveling east on Sheffield.
The boy was taken to the Aria Torresdale Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.
The driver of the car was not injured.
