1 Critical, 1 Stable After 2 Separate Overnight Shootings In Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police are investigating two separate shootings that occurred early Saturday morning in Philadelphia.

The first incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. on the 4100 block of North 7th Street in North Philadelphia.

Police say a suspect is in critical condition after being shot in the face, neck, chest and buttocks. No further information was released.

The second shooting occurred around 1:18 a.m. on Germantown Avenue near Erie Avenue.

Police say a 46-year-old was shot once in his upper left thigh. He was taken to Temple University Hospital and place in stable condition.
