Sixers Thad Young Out Three Weeks With Hamstring Strain

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – With Andrew Bynum still battling knee pain, Jason Richardson out with a knee issue as well, the Sixers could ill-afford to lose another player to injury. And yet, as this season has seemed to go, they have.

Thaddeus Young will miss approximately three weeks with a "grade 1 hamstring strain" the team announced today. Young appeared to injure himself diving for a loose ball in the third quarter of the Sixers win.

Young has been the team's second best player this season, and is having the best year of his career.
