Man Killed In Drive-By Shooting In Delaware County

UPPER CHICHESTER, Pa. (CBS) — Police in Delaware County are investigating a deadly drive-by shooting in Upper Chichester late Saturday night.

The incident happened around 10 p.m. along the 2600 block of Williams Street.

Authorities say a man was getting out of his SUV and heading to the front door of his home when he was gunned down by someone in a passing car.

A passenger in the victim’s vehicle told police the shots came from a car that had been following them.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger was not injured.

Police continue to investigate.
