    Former Bucks County Restaurant Owner Arrested After Shooting

    WARMINSTER, PA. (CBS) – Police have arrested the former owner of a Warminster, Bucks County restaurant who they believe opened fire on its new owner.

    Warminster Police say the former owner of Mama Juana’s on County Line Road, Jose Delgado, fired four shots at the new owner after a dispute.

    Delgado is now facing weapons charges.

    A preliminary hearing is set for February 1st.
